Dr. E. Ryann Maloney, DMD

Hello my name is Dr. Ryann Maloney, and I am thrilled to be supporting my hometown of Homewood-Flossmoor as a healthcare professional.

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and served as the team captain of the UIC women’s golf team. I continued my education at Midwestern University, earning a Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences degree. I completed my dental education at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where I graduated cum laude and earned the Academy of General Dentistry Award. I was given the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and received an extensive education in performing fillings, crowns, restoring implants, dentures, root canal treatments, and much more. Additionally, I was able to expand on my love for service by participating in service-oriented events including Give Kids a Smile and The Veterans Care Day for the Greater St. Louis Area.

I believe dentistry is a collaborative effort between doctors and their patients with education and trust at the center. I strive to inform and support my patients, while working together to achieve their treatment goals and maintain a healthy smile. As dentistry continues to evolve, I am committed to being a life-long student, always continuing to sharpen my skills to provide great patient care.

I am married to my H-F high school sweetheart, Dirk. Together we have a Cavapoo named Milly, who is obsessed with fetch and tummy rubs. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, watching critically-acclaimed movies, trying new restaurants, and cooking/baking.

I am so excited to serve the community that has already given me so much!

Dr. Annie Ciancio, DDS

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. During undergrad, I was involved with research, mentorship, and an internship in Sheboygan, WI designing and evaluating orthodontic products.

After completing my undergraduate education, I attended Marquette University School of Dentistry. Situated in downtown Milwaukee and the only dental school in Wisconsin, my dental education focused on being a well-rounded general practitioner. I was provided with extensive training in fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, implants, and much more. I also had the opportunity to complete externships throughout the state of Wisconsin – providing care to at-need patient populations. In addition to my clinical education, I also participated in research focusing on TMJ disorders.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Johnny, and our fur baby Leo. We love traveling, trying out new restaurants, and enjoying summertime in Wisconsin. We are excited to be moving to Chicago and exploring a new city together.

I feel so fortunate to be joining a great team, serve the Homewood Flossmoor community, and continue learning as dentistry evolves.
