My experience with this Dental office was not a pleasant one. Every time ive tried to make an appointment here i have been unsuccessful because they have asked me to wait for a ridiculous amount of months. WHEN I FINALLY WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT THEY CONFIRMED WITH ME UP UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, THEY THEN CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT & ASKED ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS. They did not care about scheduling me and although they have a no cancelation policy they will waste your time with an appointment you may not ever get! Follow up to above review: I was place on a short notice appointment list THAT NO ONE THERE TOLD ME I WAS ON and was offered an appointment within a few days of this review post. I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THE DENTIST Dr Ryan & Dental Hygenist Jessica I PLAN TO GO BACK FOR MY NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Follow up to above review I had my second cleaning here with another good experience. I saw Dr NEEVA and the dental hygienist Marissa they were both awesome. MARISSA did a Fantastic cleaning i was very satisfied.

The office staff checked my Medicare dental plan and explained my benefits. My appointment met all my expectations for quality care. I will be returning to Floss for my regular cleaning and x-rays.

The offices are very comfortable and the equipment is up to date. Dr. Patel explained everything prior to starting the procedure. I can’t team what tooth was filled.

Not only is she great but her assistants and front office are just as great. Following up with appointments and reminders. If you need a Top Notch dentist I would suggest you go with Dr Maloney & Alesia her wonderful dental assistant at Floss Dental Care
